Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position includes but is not limited to provision of pediatric emergency care in the Children's Hospital Colorado Emergency Department as well as possibility one or more of the satellite emergency departments and urgent care sites. Other responsibilities include teaching of housestaff and medical students, referring facilities and physicians, transport teams, families and the broader community as well as participation in and support of the clinical research activities of the Section of Emergency Medicine.

MD or DO degree, board certification in Pediatrics, and board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Emergency Medicine with outstanding clinical skills, proven administrative and leadership ability, and a strong track record in clinical program development, research, and education.
Experience with pediatric population; pediatric emergency medicine, critical care or urgent care exposure ideal. Ability to work weekend shifts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work weekend shifts. Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Experience with pediatric patient population; pediatric emergency, critical care or urgent care exposure ideal.
