Duties: Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Programming, the Global Seminars Manager provides ongoing support and coordination of the growing Penn Global Seminars (PGS) program led by Penn Global in partnership with the undergraduate schools at Penn. The position works closely with faculty and students from selected proposals as the program develops, with a particular focus on the coordination of program logistics of the abroad component of the course. Working closely with the Penn Global leadership team, the Global Seminars Manager provides administrative support to each of the PGS courses offered each semester which may include promotion, admissions and selection, course registration, student budgeting and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Experience in education abroad program management
- Experience in crisis management
- Intercultural communication skills
- Experience studying, working or living abroad

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with short term education abroad programs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with faculty and professional staff of a large institution
