Reporting to the Associate AD/Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs and the Senior Director of Academic Support, the Assistant A.D./Data Analytics & Student-Athlete Development will provide progressive analytics to evaluate and enhance our student-athlete experience and development. The Assistant A.D/Data Analytics will be responsible for ensuring that the department of Athletics is providing top-caliber curriculum and opportunities for personal development and ensuring success of our student-athletes beyond their time at Temple University. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of five year's related experience in program research, analysis and development in an educational environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities: *Ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously. *Ability to develop data driven metrics to evaluate program performance. *Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate well with a diverse group of individuals including students, coaches, staff and managers. *Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service. *Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. *Strong integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference and University rules. *Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word and Excel. *Project management and leadership skills. *Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, and trust.
