The Central Business Services Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Call Center Agent to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Answer inbound and outbound call for the Patient Care Center.* Create associated tasks and deliver to appropriate individuals.* Provide excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette.* Answer line and all other calls that have been routed to the Call Center.* Answer calls for all providers for UNT Health.* Answer questions regarding providers and services.
