• Strategic leadership and planning for multi-locations and future expansion
• Full HR responsibilities
• Recruiting and attracting top-in-class front of house talent
• Training programs and mentoring staff for professional excellence
• Full P/L responsibilities
• Forecasting and budgeting for optimum customer care and restaurant profitability
• Hospitality Management BA/BS degree preferred
• Three years restaurant management experience
• Fine dining and wine experience preferred.
