Job Description

Help Desk/Tech Support Represetative.

Mobil Satellite Technologies is in search of a part time help desk person. The position assists our customers with satellite VoIP, data and video applications. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Basic IP, verbal and written communication skills required. We utilize a cloud based trouble ticket system and are headquartered in Chesapeake VA in a new state of the art facility. Fun fast paced work environment.

Hours will be primarily evenings and weekends, this would be a great position for a student or an IT professional seeking a 2nd income.

Training will be provided.
