URSINUS COLLEGE invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Journalism and Media Studies beginning Fall 2017. The Media & Communication Studies Department seeks candidates with expertise in print journalism, online journalism, and media studies. The successful candidate for this one year position will teach a 3 /3 load including print journalism, online journalism, media writing, and media and society, as well as advise the Grizzly, our weekly student run newspaper, which currently appears in both a print-and an on-line edition. Candidates must hold an MA with relevant experience or Ph.DDegree must be completed by the date of appointment. Classes begin on August 28, 2017.
