Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic administrative person to join our team. This position requires strong data entry and administrative skills to coordinate inside sales activities to assure customer satisfaction. This position will require the ability to interact with various departments and management levels to assure requirements are understood, updated, and escalated if necessary to achieve the proper results. The desired candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a high-tech, complex, manufacturing office environment.


Accurate entry of sales order information
Working with various departments to assure timely shipment and provide accurate updates to internal management and customers
Ensure security and confidentiality of data
Understand and support office policies and procedures
Complete projects on time as assigned


Pleasant, positive, professional attitude
Minimum 3 years of solid administrative experience
College coursework/ degree required.
Careful attention to detail
Highly organized and proactive
Professional appearance
Phone etiquette required
Must do things in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
General office/administrative skills: filing, typing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc
Open and proactive communicator with willingness to help others
Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to multitask yet careful not to make mistakes.
Methodical, with attention to detail.
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
2 or more years experience with data entry/using manufacturing ERP systems.

- BA/BS or equivalent based on demonstrated experience.
