About Whitehall Manufacturing: Our Company has been in business since 1946, now a member of Morris Group International located in City of Industry, CA. Whitehall Manufacturing specializes in manufacturing products for two markets: healthcare plumbing products and rehabilitation products. We are an integrated team that works with a larger U.S. and global team.

Qualifications:

Associate/Bachelors degree, technical school training

Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM

Marketing background is a plus

Experience in plumbing and/or construction is preferred

Manufacturing knowledge is a plus

Organizational skills and detail oriented including document management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient at creating and giving presentations

Energetic, hungry and willing to work hard

Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work individually and with a team

Project Management and Sales Support

Work with maintaining customer service satisfaction

Maintain accurate and timely activity and data with Sales Force CRM

Create market plans using Sales Force CRM o Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, planning, purchasing, and manufacturing through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing process of new product developments and other large projects

o Act as liaison between representatives and internal departments, educate representatives on product lines, clarify discrepancies on purchase orders and submittals, take initiative and follow up on sales orders, assist status department with confirming accurate ship dates from manufacturing, and expedite critical orders

Work with international partners in order to increase our presence.

• Maintaining and communicating a specification credit program with the sales representatives.
Marketing Support

• Coordinate with marketing during the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, e-blasts, flyers, website content; additionally, provide content knowledge and feedback during the revision process of materials

• Design creative and engaging presentations with appropriate references and data for architects, engineers, and other external audiences

• Train national representatives in AIA registered presentation materials, which includes presenting the course to architects for continuing education; act as primary administrative coordinator for AIA continuing education courses, including registering courses, recording attendance, and ensuring adherence to AIA guidelines

• Create and edit short videos of certain product lines or product features for marketing and educational purposes Data Analysis

• Run and interpret reports from SAP and Quick-base and Sales Force and organize data into accessible format to assist with decisions regarding future sales opportunities and stocking inventories

• Manipulate high volume of data for representative sales performance summary reports, performance by product line, and historical sales data of certain product hierarchies

• Research and identify new markets for distribution

• Research and help write information for white papers

Other Responsibilities:

' General clerical duties, including taking accurate meeting notes, booking conference rooms, maintaining customer relationship management data, and updating sales quotes
