Help Desk Support Technician
My client is a leading managed service provider in the New Haven area. Client is seeking a qualified help desk support technician. Provide 1st Level technical support to customers via phone and email. A solid understanding of computers is required including troubleshooting techniques, Spyware/Virus removal, **Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange a plus**

• Oversee the daily performance of managed services program.
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software and/or hardware operation.
• PC installation, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Configure Mac and PC email clients; troubleshoot mail issues.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
• Maintain and administer client computer networks including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Maintain and monitor data backups
