Texas A&M University-Central Texas, an upper level university, seeks a well-qualified nurse educator for the newly formed RN to BSN online program. This Director of the Nursing Program possesses excellent web-based teaching skills, a commitment to service learning and scholarship, outstanding written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and credibility. This position will begin in the fall of 2017 or spring 2018
Masters of Science in Nursing.
License to practice nursing in Texas.
Doctorate in Nursing or related field.
Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education.
NLN Certification for Nurse Educators (CNE).
2 years’ of teaching experience at the baccalaureate level.
2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Experience in distance education and technology enhanced learning.
HOURS: Faculty Hours
SALARY: Commensurate with experience
