DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Full Time Position Hermosa Beach, California

m3 media DIGS is seeking a progressive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and grow total audience for both the DIGS brand and our agency customers across our entire multi-media platform. The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing expert, skilled in website optimization, delivering best in class online experiences, capable of creating innovative marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer engagement for our brand and our marketing partners.

Additionally, our ideal candidate must be passionate about the day-to-day management of paid campaigns, SEO analysis and optimization, campaign creation, testing and analytics reporting across all online / social media channels.

Principal Accountabilities:

:: Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy for DIGS brand & our agency clients

:: Own ongoing day-to-day campaign management for online advertisements including display ads, videos and social media

:: Optimizing target audiences per campaign objective

:: Optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram etc and provide monthly reporting

:: Analyze & drive performance of existing content and websites for DIGS brand and clients

:: Work in partnership with creative and digital media team for flawless execution of campaigns

:: Analyze cross channel performance in Google Analytics to mine insights and provide recommendations to improve results

:: Maintain the highest levels of professional integrity for our clients and the DIGS brand

:: Proactively support our clients through direct and indirect actions that go "above and beyond" our client expectations

:: Advising our clients on marketing deliverables, status, etc. on a regular basis

:: Monitor and act on client requests and needs on a timely basis

Responsibilities:
:: Develop strategy for digital marketing campaigns for DIGS and agency clients across all relevant online & social media channels

:: Create, develop and test various target audiences including look-alike, custom audiences, retargeting pixels, and other advanced audience targeting strategies

:: Plan, manage, and execute paid search / PPC / Facebook / Instagram campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management / analytics reporting

:: Create, test and monitor ongoing ad campaigns in collaboration with our creative and digital team

:: Develop, innovate and implement new strategies to expand and elevate existing campaigns

:: Create growth opportunities for DIGS and clients by staying current with new media / social channels, software, apps and best practices

Other Duties would include but not be limited to:

:; email marketing

:: video marketing

:: content marketing & management

:: digital edition marketing & management for DIGS magazine

:: Google Analytics / Facebook Ad Manager Tracking and Reporting

:: SEO / SEM

:: Analytics / Reporting

Required Skills:
:: BS/BA degree required

:: 3-4 years of experience managing online campaigns across digital media channels

:: 2-3 years of digital advertising experience

:: Client management / consulting experience

:: Ability to thrive in start up culture, self-motivated and self-directed

:: Working knowledge of WordPress and back-end website management

:: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task

:: Strong knowledge & familiarity managing paid online campaigns across Google, AdWords, Facebook, other social networks, and programmatic exchanges

:: Strong knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as email, social, video and how to integrate campaigns across channels

:: Highly proficient with navigating and reporting Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and other analytics tools with solid understanding of key KPIs commonly used for campaigns
:: Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to meet and exceed all performance objectives on a consistent basis

:: A love for a collaborative, fast paced, deadline-driven work environment

:: Strong relationship management / building, customer service, time management and prioritization skills

:: Exceptional client relationship skills
