Department of Health and Nutrition Sciences seeks adjunct instructor to teach the following undergraduate course: Masters Level - Business Food Management
Qualifications & Requirements
Adjunct faculty needed with a master's degree to teach a MS-level business course in food management. The applicant should have at least 5-years experience in a food-related management position and be able to comfortably teach graduate students about topics such as budgets, human resources and various management theories. Some students taking this course are seeking certification by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
$1,300 per credit hour
