Job Description
Under general supervision, reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services (AVP), the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all team member schedules and project activities for the Advancement Services programs. Serves as the primary point of contact for all administrative and program project activities. Updates all project plans, schedules, project reports, project spending, and manages the timelines for completion. Serves as the gate keeper for all change order requests. Communicates to project team members and other stakeholders scheduling meetings, and reserves meeting rooms and other resources as needed. Prepares and distributes meeting agenda, documents and distributes meeting minutes and other communications as required. Tracks, updates and maintains projects requirements, documentation, issues, funding, and supports all other project deliverables under the direction of the AVP. Assists in the needs analysis and the preparation of the charter for all team project activities. Manages and coordinates all tasks associated with one or more small projects with minimal complexity or a component of a larger project of minimal to moderate complexity. Tracks and reports project and budget status. Manages and coordinates all program budget needs, procurements and processes invoices for payment. Serves as the Purchasing card liaison for Advancement Services.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in related field and 3 years related experience, or bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years related experience.

May require in-state travel to regional campuses. Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) preferred.
