The American College of Commerce and Technology (ACCT) is seeking adjunct and full-time instructors.  ACCT is a small college located in Falls Church and is committed to academic excellence and affordable tuition.  ACCT offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Accounting, Business Administration, and Computer Information Sciences. Successful teaching experience, experience using Moodle, and knowledge of best practices for online instruction are strongly desired. Candidates holding terminal degrees will receive first priority.

Accounting:  doctorate in accounting, or doctorate in business required, with at least 18 graduate hours in accounting and finance.

Business: doctorate in business, or related field, required, with at least 18 graduate hours in business.

Computer Information Sciences: doctorate in computer science, software engineering, or related field, with at least 18 graduate hours in cybersecurity, networking and/or telecommunications, software engineering and/or software quality assurance.

Media/Library Specialist: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited program or MLS or MLIS degree from an ALA-accredited program candidate should be creative and energetic and willing to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dynamic teacher. The ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently in a collaborative school environment that is constantly evolving as colleges are changing to rapidly meet the needs of our students today. The Media/Library Specialist should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to provide the best possible experience for students and staff who use the information in our library systems. The person in this position will work with faculty and deans to insure that students are engaged in library research activities making the library an integral and robust part of the academic experience. He/she may also manage website content and provides technical expertise, day-to-day administration, and broad support for traditional library books and resources as well as emerging library software solutions and standards as well as other basic technologies needed in a school setting.
