Online Adjunct Professor - Food Microbiology

June 1, 2017 through July 29, 2017.

Students are introduced to the principal microbiological agents responsible for foodborne diseases. Students conduct laboratory experiments to recognize and classify these microbiological.

Qualifications:  Master’s or PH. D. in Food Science or related discipline. Previous college level teaching experience required. Teaching adult students in an accelerated format preferred.
