Data Integration Specialist-Business Analyst with SSRS/T-SQL
Directly responsible for managing implementations of client request new programs and reporting needs. Will need to maintain company standards and documentation. Will work in small groups of 2 to 3 people from different departments to expedite new and old processes. Must handle project from start to completion of task. Report on status, mile stones and risk. Ensure that projects in production and are accurate. Will need to be able to complete analysis on business needs and results of project implementation and results. Creation of Ad Hoc reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications/Skills Required: College degree (prefer business oriented major) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years administrative or operation experience. Background in data processing/analsys helpful. Must have some understanding of different file types, (data files, print image files, ASCII vs. EBCDIC, etc.) Excellent people and communication skills Extremely organized and detail oriented Proficient in Windows operating platforms, Excel, Access, Word, T-SQL, SSRS.
Details: Provides internal support for assigned Customer Service Reps/Clients. Assists CSRs with obtaining the correct programs information. Researches programs issues. Point of Contact for CSR regarding any questions. Evaluates new files to determine type and feasibility of automating. Coordinates account number conversions by setting up information to be verified by CSR and submitting CPR to programming. Researches and verifies conversion CPRs for accuracy, necessity and feasibility before forwarding to programmers. Tracks new program and program maintenance requests through out the process and follows up any guidelines not being met. Coordinates verification conversions and all conversions -post production. Follows up with Customer Service Reps. on pending or outstanding projects. Responsible for keeping client, operations and management informed on project statuses and elevating issues as necessary. Responsible for making sure all conversion logs and databases (including E-tech) are up to date. Generates management reports on pending conversions. Responsible for the tracking and documenting of the conversion processes in formats accessible by other departments. Special projects as assigned.
