Senior Recruiter - This position can be full-time or contract to hire. Candidates should have a strong background in the staffing industry, including direct hire. Experience in consulting, managed services would be a big plus.
Full life-cycle recruiting is required with current experience in online recruiting such as: sources such as major and niche job boards, professional networking sites, user groups and list-serves, blogs, social media, and direct sourcing.
This role will have client facing responsibilities that will require business knowledge and strong communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Telecommunication will be need to work with client's job descriptions and then identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates.
Review applications, interview and screen applicants to assess their qualifications related to work history, education, training, job skills, and salary expectations and overall fit for the organization. Looking for an extremely perceptive person. Capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the public image. Excellent organizational skills. Establish and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline by developing networks around common skill sets.
