Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Support for a Contract position in Atlanta, GA

Our client, a leading provider of computing, applications management, IT procurement, network, and telecommunications services to public organizations, is looking to hire Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
. Work with current device accounts, new service orders
. Evaluate new devices, mobile solutions, and vendor offerings as a means of enhancing company standards
. Ensure the distribution all office, conference and Virtual Office numbers to users within the agency
. Gain an understanding of how to order services from ATT and ONEPATH using the Stat of Georgia GETS portal.
. Assist user with conducting web and teleconference meetings, using GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar , Skype and GA Voicemail software's
. Work with Telcom Lead on the agency telecommunication needs
. Assist with agency Mobile Device Management (AirWatch) Enterprise issue with mobile devices.
. Provide staging, enrollment and deployment of mobile devices
. Support the distribution review and manage life cycle of agencies cellular devices and accessories
. Assist Lead Telcom Admin with the planning and scheduling agency device upgrade
. Provide in person and remote mobile application support
. Create user profile assignment and device organization group assignment
. Train users on proper use of agency mobile devices
. Supports all special programmed features of user's phones (i.e., Hunt Groups, Call Centers and Port Forwarding.)
. Order new service and disconnection of agency numbers
. Provide Guidance and Assistance on new initiates related to job responsibilities
. Evaluate, test and validate changes implemented in technologies utilized by the agency
. Track changes of actions performed to enhance and correct issues that arise
. Create documentation for ongoing support and knowledge of job responsibilities
. Support audio/visual equipment
. Maybe provided other telecommunication and support desk task

Requirements and Skills
. Understanding of wireless and telecommunication methodology.
. The ability to perform work under nominal supervision
. Must have great customer services skills
. Ability to meet deadlines.
. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
. This position occasionally requires evening and weekend work.
. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
. Understanding of methodology to run computer systems and troubleshoot minor computer equipment malfunctions.
. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
