The Department of New Student Programs of Baylor University is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional who could also be described as a natural networker, innovative, and a creative problem-solver! This person will assist the department in achieving its goal of creating shared experiences that will inspire new students at Baylor to connect and thrive. Special emphasis of this department is that all entering students will experience a seamless transition into college and become engaged community members.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • History with running large programs involving college students
  • History collecting data for program assessment and improvement purposes
  • Professional demeanor
  • Prior management experience
  • Skills in critical thinking and problem solving

Qualifications
A Master's Degree, two years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
