Full Charge Quickbooks Bookkeeper
Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
- Enter Daily Financial Transactions
- Accounts Payable
-Provide Detail Ledgers
-Payroll Tax Returns (Monthly, Quarterly and annual)
-Credit Card Statements
- Prepare financial statements to CPA for tax return
At least 15 years of experience in accounting. Real Estate and Construction background in accounting is a PLUS! Must use QuickBooks and Excel programs.
Vacation Pay, sick pay and bonuses. Health plans are available and determine on pre trail probation.
