The department of World Languages & Cultures at Georgia State University anticipates hiring Limited Term Faculty to teach in French, Japanese, Korean & Spanish courses for the Academic Year 2017-2018, pending budgetary approval.  Successful applicants will instruct elementary and intermediate courses in the above languages.  Applicants must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline for the Limited Term Faculty Instructor positions and a Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant discipline for the Limited Term Faculty Lecturer positions.  Review of applications will begin June 1, 2017 and will continue until the positions are filled.  Send an application letter, CV, and evidence of teaching effectiveness to the Chair of the Limited Term Faculty Search Committee at dloden1@gsu.edu.  An offer of employment will be conditional upon background verification.  Georgia State University is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
