Job Description

The ideal person is one who thinks digital first and has a test, learn and optimize approach as a central mode of operation. This person should have a keen desire to understand the customer and find them where they are shopping and seeking information

- Identify and successfully implement and cost-effectively grow a targeted customer pipeline
- Develop and implement strategies, campaigns and programs in all paid digital mediums, to address and achieve the business objectives including SEO, Social, display, Adwords,
- Work closely with product team and sales team to create, monitor and optimize online acquisition funnel
- Work with external contractors and product team on creative development of ads and landing pages
- Gain a deep understanding of the consumer mindset and barriers to purchase in order to effectively incorporate the insights into acquisition tools and mediums
- Present marketing plans and programs to the organization and gain alignment on those
- Run A/B testing on programs
- Be curious and current with new marketing mediums are up and coming and test and learn which have the greatest impact to the business
- Develop SEO and paid search strategies to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with the Analyst and the Marketing Director to develop yearly online marketing plans
- Develop an affiliate program to drive consumers to Vow and to purchase
- Manage and develop content for acquisition
- Develop an influencer program creating content and blogs around relevant terms to improve SEO and increase awareness
- Evaluate, recommend and implement tools and services to improve cost effectiveness and results of acquisition marketing

- A passion for digital
- Desire to forge your own path and programs from concept through fruition
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a get it done attitude
- Past start-up experience is a plus
- E-Commerce experience is preferred
- Have a sense of ownership and accountability
- Possesses an understanding and knowledge on Google Analytics

- Minimum of 5+ years digital acquisition experience from SEO to social and all elements in between, incl: adwords, Pinterest, Facebook
- Must have strong communication skills
