To acquire the new staffing/services business from the prospective clients who need IT services
This position will be responsible for driving the fully sales cycle, including; lead generation, qualification, requirements collection, resume submission, negotiation and sales closure.
The primary focus of the Business Development Manager will be developing new relationships & business opportunities offering Staffing/IT Solutions to various clients.
Responsible for consistently generating/increasing revenue through the generation of new business, identifying and securing additional business opportunities with existing customers and establishing client for life relationships through complete client qualification and needs analysis; and outstanding service results.
Generate leads through research, networking, prospecting and cold calling, both in the field and in the office and guide the lead generation team
New Client Development and Rapport Building
Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits
Maintain and increase sales for temporary/contract billing/ Offshore Resources.
Interface with clients to identify needs, present solutions and to obtain job orders
Interface with Management Team when appropriate on Key Accounts
Understand overall business trends and issues of target clients, as well as buying process for services and competitive situation.
Identify relevant areas of opportunity at target clients, and develop relationships with corresponding influencers and buyers.
Work closely with our technical recruiters to thoroughly explain client requirements and submit superior IT staff
Responsible for the continued growth and success of the company
Identify new decision makers and establish new relationships through cold and warm calling, social media, networking and referrals.
Maintain relationships with existing and new decision makers and craft solutions based on their specific project or staffing needs.
Work closely with management to grow and establish existing and new business development strategies.
This position requires (8- 10 years of successful sales experience within the IT staffing industry, and the demonstrated ability to find and open new doors.
We require excellent communications skills, the ability to work as a team, and a strong desire to grow the business.
You will be expected to use your technical, problem solving and negotiating skills, and will receive support from our experienced team of technical recruiters.
This position requires a high-energy individual who would have a proven track record of selling IT Staff Augmentation Services to organizations.
The qualified individual will have demonstrated achievement in Staffing solution sales with an emphasis on executive level relationship building.
Aggressive, results- oriented professional with industry experience in technical staffing.
Ability to generate new requirements through Research, social networking, Cold calling and leveraging existing business relationships.
Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
Must be a Self starter, Self-motivated, Consistent performer meeting targets with a solid history and ability of developing new client relationships.
Strong communication, excellent negotiation skills, sense of Customer Service and organizational skills are required.
Ability to address and communicate client at all levels - Managers, Directors, and C-Level
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, entrepreneurial, team environment

4 years college degree or equivalent experience
Compensation will consist of a combination of salary and share in the profit.
