Duties and Responsibilities: Loyola University Chicago's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor of Communication. This appointment will begin July 1, 2017. Responsibilities will include the following: Teach a variety of courses in our bachelor program for Applied Communication and the certificate programs as well as our School requirements (Introduction to Degree Completion, Professional Identity and Development, and Capstone). Advise students. Assist with curriculum, program, and faculty development.

Minimum Qualifications: Academic and Professional Qualifications include a minimum of an earned master's degree, doctorate strongly preferred. Appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor is contingent on completed doctorate. This position teaches a variety of applied communication courses and the school requirements. We anticipate that a faculty member with a background in adult learning and online teaching will make a good candidate.
