Job Description
Directs and manages the operations and support activities for "Telemental Health Connect (TeleCon): Expanding Collaboration and Comprehensive Service Penetration" and is responsible for maintaining the overall scientific integrity of the proposed study.

Responsible for scheduling installation and follow-up of Telehealth equipment in rural clinics and facilitating technology support for clinics. Assures all technology is in good working order prior to meetings, simulations or patient encounters and connect with USC College of Nursing technology or Polycom
associates for technical support. Assists PI with preparation of instructional and educational materials for faculty, clinic providers, staff, and patients to include orientation and Telehealth information brochures. Develops and maintains all TeleCon databases, and collect and enter program and evaluation data. Assists with TeleCon dissemination through data management, conducting literature reviews, creating presentations and handouts.

Develops, compiles, prepares and maintains specialized grant records and materials using an electronic filing system, manuals and reports to include administrative processes related to IRB approval and communications; study records; documents, and data bases on the secure research server; data collection and management for the Principal Investigator. Responsible for submission of various reports as delegated by the PI.

Responsible for collaborations and communications with faculty, students, and clinics regarding scheduling meetings; agenda preparation; taking and maintaining meeting minutes; assuring follow up on action items and timelines set in meetings; didactic work; simulations; patient encounters.
Responsible for posting meeting schedules, TeleCon updates and announcements on the TeleCon Blackboard site.

Develops, directs, supervises, and coordinates the preparation, maintenance and management of the grants fiscal records and operations, which includes primary responsibility for budget preparation and oversight. Responsible for auditing and monitoring monthly ongoing Time & Effort reports, Bi-Annual
Time & Effort reports Monitors and maintains adherence to federal budget guidelines. Evaluates financial activities to ensure compliance with University, State and Federal fiscal policies.

Assist PI in maintaining the overall scientific integrity of the proposed study. Works closely with the PI to ensure that protocols are followed during program and evaluation data collection.

Serves as liaison with the USC Educational Foundation/The Duke Endowment, rural clinics and representatives of the professional schools.


Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in related field and 4 years related experience, or bachelor's degree in related field and 6 years related experience.
