Department of Athletics - Ticket Office
Responsible for the coordination of daily sales reconciliation for phone, walk-up, and internet transactions as well as reporting and depositing daily receipts with Athletics Business Office cashier in adherence with University and Athletics Department policies and procedures. Responsible for the coordination and management of FSU and State Employee Payroll Deduction program for season ticket payment including establishment of policies and procedures, communication with participants and entry of data in OMNI and Paciolan ticketing system. Performs data management tasks to ensure accurate database information for current and prospective customers. Oversight of event-related ticket operations including supervision of ticket sellers, Will Call distribution, player guest/HS recruit admissions, and general game day ticket operations. additional monthly reporting duties in support of Sales, Service and Retention Teams. Processes orders and payments for tickets including management and editing of data, allocating, printing, and mailing of tickets. Enters requisitions in OMNI and receives Purchase Orders.
A Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience; or a high school education and relevant education and/or experience equal to six years. Customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience working with deadlines and multi-tasking. Problem solving skills; ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Experience with Paciolan ticketing software system or comparable systems.
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
