Summary of Duties:
The Analyst/Developer provides systems analysis and application development, working with functional counterparts to design and develop configurations, complex workflows, conversions, and system integration for the human resources, payroll, and finance software. This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing key changes and enhancements to the highly visible, complex, and critical ERP web-enabled application services to Washington State University's faculty, staff, and management throughout the WSU system, statewide.

Organizational relationships: Partners closely with broader HR and Finance work stream members in a cross-functional and collaborative work environment. Works with university stakeholder groups as a lead or participant in workgroups. Routinely engages with end users on a variety of topics.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
