Job description

Duties: Coordinate all Biomedical Postdoctoral Programs (BPP) training programs, seminars and workshops, assist with curriculum development and speaker programming; announce and advertise programs (including via social media) an all details associated therewith. Maintain and expand the BPP website. Provide administrative support to the Biomedical Postdoctoral Council (BPC). Provide administrative support to the BPP Director and the Administrative Director as needed.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma/GED and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework is a plus. Proficient knowledge of general office software programs such as Microsoft Office, website tools and social media platforms.

Experience in a higher education setting preferred.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to balance multiple priorities, possess strong organizational skills and devote attention to details. Candidate must also work well independently and collaboratively.
