The College of Business currently has 77 full-time faculty and 54 part-time faculty in 6 academic departments. The College offers majors in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Insurance, Legal Studies, Operations Management, Management and Marketing enrolling almost 3,300 undergraduate majors. In addition the College serves nearly 275 graduate students in its MBA program. Department Specific Essential Job Functions:
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in economics beginning in the Fall 2017 semester. In addition to teaching courses in principles courses, the candidate will likely teach upper division courses related to macroeconomic policy, economics education, or energy economics.
The candidate will also be required to stay current with research in their discipline through publishing in quality peer reviewed journals.
The position will entail service obligations to the department, college and university.
Salary Range: Commensurate with credentials and experience.
