Job Description

Under the new leadership of Dean Elizabeth Loboa, the College of Engineering (CoE) at the University of Missouri (MU) is hiring multiple faculty in the area of Big Data analytics. As a part of this initiative, College invites applications for multiple tenure-track/tenured positions specializing in machine learning and data mining for Big Data analytics starting Fall 2017. These new hires will have the potential to be joint positions with the other colleges/schools at the University of Missouri.


Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field, demonstrated success in research, and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching. Candidates conducting quality research in machine learning and data mining are especially encouraged to apply.


Salary commensurate with Education & Experience.
