The University of Kentucky College of Nursing invites qualified applicants for this full-time (10-month) simulation specialist position in the Clinical Simulation and Learning Center providing instructional support to students, course instructional support, curriculum facilitation in developing, coordinating and teaching nursing content and nursing interventions. This position involves the use of interactive and simulated technology toward evidence-based simulation models to develop, implement and evaluate simulation scenarios as an educational modality. Additionally, this position will assist the director with the operations of the center.

Qualifications include an earned master's degree in nursing (required) from an accredited college or university, confirmed by an official transcript from the degree granting institution. The successful candidate must have an active Kentucky RN license. A minimum of two years full-time or equivalent nursing experience within the last five years is required, and experience of one year with simulation technology is preferred.
