What the Account Manager Will Do

The Account Manager's mission is two-fold: to fully understand our clients' needs while also finding the best candidates for their teams. You'll work closely with clients to identify and qualify their current and future hiring needs in the cybersecurity, IT and engineering sectors.

Not familiar with these industries? Don't worry: we'll train you to strategically source, engage, and qualify the right people for the job. You'll be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, including all client and candidate interactions- from scheduling an initial phone screen to negotiating a final offer. This role requires a bit of detective work, so if you love Internet sleuthing, then you'll enjoy the hunt for top talent. Pride yourself in customer service and growing businesses from within? Then you'll get fulfillment out of working with clients and building a long-term working relationship with them.
