This position will provide services to key accounts in Florence, KY. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
Accomplishes warehouse objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Contacts clients in writing, in person, or by telephone to ensure strong communication.
Responsible for the direct supervision of Trainers and/or Team Leads within an assigned location.
Attend meetings with client and Corporate as required.
Handle paycheck distribution as requested.
Will provide weekly updates to management team for assigned location.
Responsible to be a first responder at location for: (emergencies, clocking candidates, etc.)
Responsible for the proper manning of location shifts, and assigning workloads or sending home extra personnel as needed.
Handling all corrective actions for assigned personnel.
Keep accurate timekeeping record.
Log Attendance, Terminations and Resignation on RES system
Help with processes and idea implementations within assigned work groups.
Complete, Assist and Communicate Worker's Compensation Procedures for Injuries/Illness in the workplace.
Other duties as assigned.
