This position plays a liaison role. Under general direction of the Constituent Management Technologies (CMT) manager of advancement services, the incumbent will meet & listen to customers (mainly, but not exclusively, in University Advancement), translate the needs of the customers back to the programmers, design & project manage to successful outcomes, and respond back to the customer. In addition, the incumbent will gather and negotiate project requirements, architect and design full scope of applications throughout application lifecycle, build, test, and gather feedback while negotiating solutions with stakeholders. Provides support and training on new applications. Cover letter required.

Broad knowledge relating to software design.
In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.
Knowledge of major fundraising techniques
Knowledge of business administration concepts within an academic institutiion.
