Help Desk Support Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Help Desk Support Representative is responsible answering the phone and responding to troubleshooting with other departments. In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to end users, following them through to resolution and following up with senior staff.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide assistance to end users for Microsoft Office 2007 products
  • Respond to emails and troubleshooting printing problems
  • Provide assistance to common PDF issues
  • Resolve, escalate and track tickets through to resolution
  • Interaction with other departments
  • Map and create network drives
  • Maintain and update company website
  • eNewsetter creation and distribution
  • Web lead and client surveys
  • Assist with marketing collateral in support of sales


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to work on your own
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
