Job Description:

Pending budget approval, we invite applications for one or more non-tenure-track visiting positions (renewable up to four years) at the rank of assistant, associate or full professor, to begin August 8, 2017. Rank will be determined according to the qualifications of the selected candidate(s) in research and teaching.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related field from an accredited institution at the time of application. Other requirements include a strong research potential, evidence of excellence in teaching, and effective communication skills in English.

Preferences:

Preference will be given to applicants possessing mathematical interests and backgrounds that complement and support existing departmental interests (see http://sciences.ucf.edu/math/).
