The Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Disorders Medicine at The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking a full-time academic Pulmonologist to join the Division.
Academic rank at The George Washington University will be commensurate with experience.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and lead the Division's Interventional Pulmonary program.Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be Board certified/eligible in Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine and be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have a record of providing excellent clinical care services, research productivity and clinical teaching as demonstrated by experience, publications, evaluations and/or references.Previous training and experience in EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, stenting and other pulmonary interventions is required.Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience Other Benefits:
