Job Summary: This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the WI Union Payroll office and benefits functions; process payroll for all employees, resolve payroll and benefits related questions, administration of cash handling policies/procedures and cash offices. In addition, this position requires initiative, critical thinking and problem solving, independent judgement and action, discretion, and an ability to communicate with a diverse variety of customers. The incumbent in this position will demonstrate a high level of accountability and administrative ability, provide excellent customer service and work effectively within a team environment.

The incumbent will serve as the primary contact for all operational issues related to the HRS system and recommend changes to ensure efficient and effective use of HRS.



Schedule Comment: Monday - Friday

Occasional Saturdays in the cash office may be needed, depending on business needs.
