Nine-month instructor appointment which is renewable annually; clinical teaching and academic responsibilities include mentoring undergraduate and graduate students; service to university, community, state and profession are included; potential for part-time summer employment dependent on funding.

Appointment Date: August, 2017

Education:  The instructor is required to hold a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, hold the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence and hold or be eligible for Kansas licensure through Health Occupations Credentialing in the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.

Experience: Clinical experience working with individuals who present speech and language disorders is required. Experiences across the lifespan and with clinical supervision preferred. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills and be prepared to work as a team member within the program and in the community.  A commitment to the highest personal and professional standards must be demonstrated.

Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
