Job Description

Our Tier II software developers are responsible for initiating customer contact in an effort to resolve concerns and anticipating potential issues. Specific duties include:
  • Communicating to the customer by responding to requests for technical support, hosting on-line meetings for demonstrations and collecting customer information
  • Researching customer concerns and developing an accurate solution
  • Documenting and communicating resolution of issues
  • Collaborating with peers to review cases and discuss methods of improving solution strategies

Desired skills and experience include:
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong OOD/OOP using .NET
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Bachelors' degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent job experience
  • 1-3 years of object-oriented web-based application development experience with a strong background in C#
  • Demonstrable experience designing n-tier applications using ASP.NET
  • Demonstrated strength and experience in building high quality user-interface design using Web 2.0 technologies
  • Expertise implementing or working with data-intensive processes involving complex SQL and data-access mechanisms
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, Telerik Web Controls, IIS and Windows Server OS is a plus
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
  • Self starter who can work productively independently and as part of a team
