Job Summary/Basic Function:
Responsibilities: Teach at the graduate and undergraduate level; conduct research in area of expertise; seek extramural funding; participate in scholarly, service, and clinical activities, as applicable.

Candidate must hold an earned doctorate in communication sciences and disorders, or a related field.
The ideal candidate should have interests and expertise in child speech-language and language-literacy development and disorders. Sub-specialization in autism spectrum disorders is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with evidence of research productivity and success in obtaining extramural funding. Preference will also be afforded to candidates with clinical certification: CCC-SLP and eligibility for Texas State Licensure.
