Assistant Vice President for Fiscal Innovation
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President for Administration and Finance and CFO, this position will help the university diversify its funding opportunities, analyze and maximize existing resources in departments across campus, and develop new revenue streams to support strategic priorities.
This new position will serve as the university’s “general contractor for fiscal innovation.” The position will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of a culture of fiscal innovation and will champion UCF’s strategic 20-year goal of generating $100 million of new recurring revenue outside of student, taxpayer, or philanthropic contributions. This role will serve as a university-wide resource, working with all divisions and bringing forward ideas to senior administration that contribute to the university’s goals of further self-sufficiency.
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with university leadership, the Board of Trustees, and other leaders in industry.
