Small, successful property management company is seeking the professional skills of an Property Management Office Manager/Administrator.
Well established small company in the property management industry is looking for the services of a proactive Property Administrator to work in their close knit team in Davis, CA.
Your background in a busy environment will be an asset. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Google Suite, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role.
With a breakdown of 75% customer service and 25% administrative focus, you will utilize your strong customer service, property management, administrative, project management, and organizational skills.
Liaison with clients and company owner, general office administration, customer service duties and managerial support where required, will keep you challenged and busy.
