The Enterprise Senior Director for Change Management identifies opportunities, and then designs and executes an on-going integrated HR change management strategy to continuously engage all staff across the university, Medical Center, and UPG, minimizing change resistance and maximizing employee adoption for HR initiatives. This incumbent is responsible for encouraging behavioral changes using behavioral economics, outreach and engagement, targeted training and segmented communications so that individuals, teams and organizations effectively innovate, evolve and actualize UVA's strategic and operational goals and objectives.
This is a critical moment in the University of Virginia's Human Resources evolution. The University has embarked on a series of ambitious changes for Human Resources that will play out over the next few years and have impact in the coming decade.
