Job Summary This Dining Service management position is an administrative and supervisory work position. Occupant of this position is responsible of planning, organizing, and directing a diversified staff of food service personnel in the operation of a large dining commons and kitchen. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree including or supplemented by course work in dietetics and restaurant management and at least 4 years management experience in a high volume food service unit or any combination of training and experience. Valid driver's license required.
