Civil Project Engineer
EBA's Laurel, Maryland office is currently seeking a Project Engineer experienced in water resources engineering with 7 or more years of experience, including 4 years as a project manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in stormwater management design, including green infrastructure, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, MS4 regulatory program support and watershed planning. Must be experienced with CAD and engineering design software, and preferably ArcGIS. Experience with water quality, BMP inspections, floodplain management and state and local regulatory agencies, codes and standards, will be considered a plus. Maryland PE is desired. EOE
