The Department of Allied Health is accepting applications for a full-time Dietetics Instructor position for the 2017-2018 academic year.
Responsibilities include teaching an Introduction to Nutrition course, and possibly other allied health courses; participating in course assessment, student mentoring, retention, and recruitment events. Must be willing to teach at off campus locations during the day, evening, and/or weekend.
Qualified candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) with a Master's degree in nutrition, food service management or related areas, and college teaching experience.
Experience teaching in urban community college and recent practitioner experience.
