Duties: Psychiatry Business office is seeking a financial administrative coordinator. This position will coordinate, monitor and process all transactions related to the office's financial activities - this includes time reporting, purchasing, payables, reimbursements, PROCARD and journal entries.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework is a plus. Experience with Penn financials system is preferred. Must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and students.
