This position is responsible to the Manager of High School Partnerships. Primary responsibilities include clerical support and office coverage for the High School Partnerships Center, communication with partner schools, and the assisting the Manager with the development and coordination of multiple programs: Dual Credit, High School Summer School, and High School Partnerships.

Responsibilities

Under supervision of the Manager, assist with all duties necessary for the successful operations of the High School Partnership Center.

Under supervision of the Manager, support the orientation of and the college responsibilities of dual credit faculty.

Serve as a contact and as a resource for faculty teaching in the High School Summer Program and High School Dual Credit.

Provide support to the Manager with operations of the High School Summer Program.

Provide support to the Manager with the scheduling and coordination of summer school staffing.

Provide support to the Manager to research on high school partnership and related areas to ensure successful programs.

Conduct and organize research into high school partnership areas including curricular updates, nationwide trends, and local programming and administrative changes.

Serve as the office contact and facilitator for instructors, including requesting syllabi, monitoring absences and hours, processing paperwork, entering requisitions and reimbursement requests.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of two years experience in an educational environment required. Comparable education and/or management experience may be considered.

Strong communication and organizational skills, in addition to the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and punctuality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, especially Excel.
